A conflict appears when a file server side and the image on the user's desktop were both updated since last synchronization. In that case, the Synchronization client renames the local file following this pattern : old_name (First name, Last name, current date).extension and copy back locally the file server side (the renamed file is also uploaded on the server). The user can solve the conflict with a right-click action (delete one of the two versions of the document), just after having reported manually the required modifications on one of the two documents.
