Template Rendering breaks preview when Social Collab is installed

      Description

      When both social collab and Template rendering are installed, the preview of the document shows the social collab view of the doc instead of the preview.
      The issue only happens if they are both installed.
      Note: The condition of reproduction are not very clear (I tried several combination of installation/reinstallation of each module one after the other but I could not determine in which cases the issue does or does not happen)
