Facet inheritance is not computed correctly when overriding document type definitions

      Description

      If type A is defined without facet, the type B is defined to derive from type A and then type A is overridden to add a facet, then type B does not inherit from this facet making it's definition dependent on the order of the contribution whereas it should not.
