Error after a user approves a document which he usually can't access

When a user is a reviewer on a document that he usually can't access, he's temporarily given write right on the document. However, when he clicks Approve or Reject, he gets an error on the document. The approval or rejection is done however.

The user should be redirected nicely to its dashboard.
