Make local entity suggestions based on exact match on alternative names

Currently local entity suggestion only use the title field that has a full-text index. This makes it impossible to leverage the multi-lingual alternative names field.

As it's not possible to incrementally configure the fulltext index from an addon such as nuxeo-platform-semantic-entities-core, it's better to extend the suggestion query to include exact match on the entity:altnames field.
