Add the ability to download Marketplace packages from command line while the server is running: nuxeoctl mp-download some_package
Maybe a --download-only option could be useful too; for instance: nuxeoctl --download-only mp-upgrade would evaluate mp-upgrade results, download required packages and stop without installing anything. The benefit would be to reduce the server downtime when managing Marketplace packages from command line.
