"system" shouldn't be displayed as workflow creator or step validator

When a user starts a workflow, the workflow creator is system instead of the user who initiated the workflow.
When a user refuses or validates a step of the workflow, system is also indicated as the author of the action. The real user is indicated in the comment: "sguitter Document refused the document with the following comment: non".
