      Description

      LTS 2015 is EOL on 11/04/2018, let's clean up the now obsolete code.

      • Remove the basic auth form, always rely on the login page from the server (in fact, auth only goes through the basic auth form until HF11).
      • Remove code blocks related to the LTS 2015, typically the ones added for NXMOB-564.
      • Update the functional documentation? (remove the Limitations section, and state that the application is compliant with all Nuxeo versions as of LTS 2016)
