Add a timeout on server selection view

when entering a wrong url, like http://ip instead of http://ip:8080/nuxeo, there is no error message after several minutes. The spinner never ends spinning. no way to cancel the action in the app. Only solution I found is to stop the app in task switcher or the android settings.
