From a folder / workspace with write rights, enable folder creation

      Description

      • In "personal space" screen, I can see a "plus" icon top-right
      • When I click the "plus" icon, I can choose what type of document I want to create (folder is the only entry)
      • When I click on "Folder", a screen with the name of the folder, his parent folder and the button "create" is displayed
      • The name of the folder is "New folder" by default and is editable
      • Clicking on create displays a loader, and a sucess "toaster" + navigate in this (empty) folder.
