(Research) application workflows/tasks layout can be customized from the server itself.

The goal of this task is to define the architecture and specification of the data that will be used by the application when implementing custom workflows (from vue designer to the app...) :
-> Tasks layout definition (fields types, interactions, ...) in a formatted file (json, ...)
-> Similar idea to what has been done with remote metatada layout definition (see https://doc.nuxeo.com/nxdoc/how-to-customize-nuxeo-mobile-metadata-layout/ ) but for workflows.
