Fix sharing URL when no UI is installed

      Description

      Since NXP-22875 the documentURL enricher returns null if no UI is installed.
      In this case, the app should use a Mobile sharing URL like nuxeo://... instead of displaying the Favorites action considering that there is no sharing URL.
