File download error on Android

      Description

      Since NXMOB-332 (upgrade RN to 0.47.2) and probably the react-native-fetch-blob update from 0.10.0 to 0.10.8, when downloading a file from the preview we get: "Error: Download manager could not resolve downloaded file path.".

      Yet the file is well downloaded to the Download Manager and readable.
