Add dependencies between release and dev jobs

      Description

      Ideally, we should have:

      1/ A dependency between the beta and the dev jobs: nuxeo-mobile-*-beta cannot run if nuxeo-mobile-master-* isn't blue (and maybe check that the last successful dev build has actually run on the same commit as the one that triggered the beta build?).

      2/ A dependency between the production and the beta jobs: nuxeo-mobile-*-production cannot run if nuxeo-mobile-*-beta isn't blue (and maybe perform some other check?).
