      Description

      Setting timeout on the Nuxeo client sets the httpTimeout AND the transactionTimeout.

      We just want to have a default on the httpTimeout, not the transactionTimeout so that the configured transaction timeout server-side is used.

      When creating a Nuxeo client, default value for timeout is 30000, let's move that to only httpTimeout and let the default of timeout and transactionTimeout to be undefined.
