Avoid overriding the global Nuxeo object

The browser version of the client exposes a Nuxeo global object.

If the Nuxeo object is already defined for any reason, it will override it and everything stored inside before importing the Nuxeo client will be lost.

This could be for instance Nuxeo namespace, nuxeo-elements and nuxeo-ui-elements rely on it as a namespace.
