support classifiers and scopes in maven integration

Should take into account classifiers when updating the pom.
The same should be done for artifact scopes.
Only 2 scopes are managed by the IDE: compile and test.
When the artifact comes from the test-artifact.properties index then it should be added in scope 'test'.
