Align SDK installation with modifications made on nuxeo tomcat distribution

      Description

      For now the Nuxeo IDE is using an hardcoded artifact index file (which is working only against 5.4.3-SNAPSHOT).
      After modifications are done on nuxeo-tomcat distribution to expose the artifact index the Nuxeo IDE code should alogn on that file.

      The same for version and SDK name discovery. Instead of looking to nuxeo-runtime JAR the Nuxeo IDE should use the distribution.properties that will be provided by the nuxeo-tomcat-distribution
