add JARs in tomcat lib to the Nuxeo SDK classpath

for now only nxserver/bundles and nxserver/libs are added to the classpath but some libraries like apache common logging are not available since they are located in tomcat/lib.
Add the content of the tomcat lib directory to the classpath.
