Include log4j configuration file by default when creating a new NX plugin project

Currently errors appear in the console when launching a unit test due to the fact no log4j configuration file is set up, and logs are trying to get written in the root space (/ in linux).

=> the attached log4j.xml file should be included by default when creating a new Nuxeo plugin project.
