The "Convert to Nuxeo project" action should be available from the "Configure" action

Having a "Nuxeo" menu (at right click on a project) is nice but we should also follow the common usage and put the "Convert to Nuxeo project" inside the "Configure" menu like all the other tools do (Grails, JavaScript, Plug-in, Maven, Groovy, Faceted Form, Sonar, ...).
