Remove dupplicate classpath entries already there in the sdk

When converting a project to a Nuxeo project, the project usually setup with mvn eclipse:eclipse and has classpath entries generated that duplicates the ones from the sdk. The improvement consists of removing the duplicates entries that are already in the SDK.
