Add a new preferences page to automatically import Nuxeo contributors jdt settings

Such as

• Nuxeo formatter
• Nuxeo code templates
• Nuxeo cleanup and cleanup on save
• Nuxeo java editor templates

Will take the one from "nuxeo" project in the workspace if these files exist ("tools" folder) or take the default ones included in the plugin
