Allow setting the nuxeo-sdk.conf file path

When configuring the Nuxeo server (maybe on the same page where you state what projects should be deployed), it would be nice to add a setting to specify where the nuxeo-sdk.conf file is taken.

This would allow to keep all custom configuration in a different place than in the sdk and ease up upgrade to another version.
