      Description

      It's a similar need as for NXP-10212.
      The goal is to make an incomplete SDK usable.
      In that case, using the same resource files ("artifacts-.properties", "test-artifacts-.properties" and "*.m2repo"), the Nuxeo IDE would download the missing JARs (which should be in the SDK) and add them as User libraries.
