Improve Nuxeo server launching

We need to:

• Integrate Nuxeo server launching with the Eclipse WTP plugin, this way we will be able to configure the server launch in the IDE.
  => So we don't let the Nuxeo launcher start the Tomcat server, we only use the mp-configure command of the Nuxeo launcher to be sure the sdk template is configured (with something like -DLAUNCHER_DEBUG="-Dnuxeo.templates=sdk").
• Display the log file in the Console view => need to check if this can be integrated with WTP, and if we can add a socket provider/consumer in logsaw.
• Check if marketplace features work OK in the SDK started from IDE (especially the server restart under Windows). If not disable them.
• Add user libraries in dev.bundles to make them available at runtime.
