The Nuxeo SDK should come with facelets.REFRESH_PERIOD=2 by default

The bin/nuxeo-sdk.conf file generated by connecting a default Nuxeo SDK distribution with the Nuxeo IDE comes with a commented line such as:

1. facelets.REFRESH_PERIOD=2

This effectively prevents the hot reload feature to work on JSF templated project. The SDK distribution or the IDE should have a mean to turn the auto-refresh of JSF templates on by default without have the user to manually change that setting.
