forbid to click on "finnish" in pom synchronization screen when there is no dependence detected

currently, if you click on finnish, it adds a dependency with somehtingk like / which breaks the maven compilation.

So if no dependency is detected, a message should be displayed: there is no dependency detected, and "finnish" button should be either disabled, or have a different behavior
