WARNING: this is a big change as it will invalidate any shared URL containing the document's name. In other words, if one shared a simple URL, and if the document is renamed by anyone, the URL will end on a 404 error (not found). This is not the case if one used the official mecanism and shared the document using the "Share link" that is using
      the document's UID.

      Description

When using Windows Explorer to create a new folder, this folder is named "New Folder" ("Nouveau Dossier", "Nouveau Dossier (2)", "Nouveau Dossier (3)"... in Windows in French).
This folder is then immediately synchronized in Drive with this name, even if renaming the folder, and "New Folder" will be part forever of the URL of the files contained in this folder.

What is requested is a mechanism to be able to rename the folder or synchronizing it only after renaming, so that the URL to access the file does not contain "New Folder" forever.
