      Description

      Running pip install nuxeo-drive fails du to inexistant OpenSSL DLL:

      running install_data
warning: install_data: setup script did not provide a directory for 'libeay32.dll' -- installing right in 'c:\python\python27'

error: can't copy 'libeay32.dll': doesn't exist or not a regular file

      We should include OpenSSL DDL only with the --freeze argument on Windows.
