Wrong resume/suspend icon after pause and disconnect/reconnect

Steps:

1. Connect Drive and wait for sync completion
2. Pause Drive
3. Disconnect Drive
4. Connect Drive with the same user (Note: Use the same folder location)

Existing Behaviour:
1. Shortcuts does not work
2. Drive systray menu top contains pause state
3. But sys-tray icon is blue color and shows syncing behaviour
