Select sync folders: Folder/File is not syncing to local when a file is open

Steps:

1. Drive: User1: Connect drive client and wait for sync completion
2. Drive: User1: Create a folder and add 10 word files to it and wait for sync completion
3. Drive: User1: Open folder and open a file and keep in editor (Do not close the file and folder)
4. Drive: User1: Go to settings-Select Sync folder and uncheck the folder and wait for 30 seconds
5. Drive: User1: Close the folder and file in editor
6. Drive: User1: Go to settings-Select Sync folder and check the folder and wait for 30 seconds

Expected Result: Folder should sync along with contents
Actual Result: Folder and files does not sync to local even after check and uncheck the folder from select sync folder

Drive version: Release-2.5.1
Server version: 7.10 HF-30

Workaround: Need to uncheck the folder and quit drive client and start drive client and again check the folder from select sync folder

Please note that sometimes, unselecting the folder does delete all the files and the Drive client keeps syncing endlessly.
