Minor Steps:
User1: Drive: Connect Drive client and wait for sync completion
User1: Drive: Disconnect Drive
User1: Drive: Close the window and click on systray icon
Expected Result: Drive should show the set-accounts systray window
Actual Result: Drive does not show accounts window
After disconnect, Drive is not showing set account window
