Handle locally edited documents client-side

      Description

      With the "edit" command called by the protocol handler:

      • Create "Locally Edited" folder if not exists
      • Download file to edit locally in "Locally Edited" folder
      • Find the best editor for the file according to the OS configuration
      • Add document to "Locally Edited" collection
