File is not syncing to server after being moved back

1. install nuxeo 7.10
2. install Drive client 2.4.5
3. Client: User1: Connect Drive client (Release-2.4.5) and wait for sync completion
4. Client: User1: Place a file in user workspace and wait for sync completion
5. Client: User1: Move the file from Nuxeo Drive workspace to Desktop (Drag and drop) and wait for sync completion
6. Server: User1: Go to Trash and delete the file (Empty the trash) -> wait for sync
7. Client: User1: Again place the moved file (step 3) to Nuxeo drive folder (user work space)
8. Client logs show:
