To benefit of the latest updates (security fixes, fixes, features and enhancements), and to keep in the game, we have to move away from Qt4.
It can be done softly in few steps, see linked issues.
This is a temporary, but needed, situation where we compile ourselve Qt from sources. Later, when we will be ready for Python 3, PyQt5 will be much more easier to install: as any requirement using PyPi.
