Infinite loop when renaming a folder from lower case to upper case on Windows

Steps to reproduce

1. create a Folder abc
2. click on the button "Enable Nuxeo Drive synchronization"
3. start Nuxeo Drive on your computer
4. wait for the synchronization to complete
5. on the local computer, rename abc to ABC

Nuxeo Drive starts the synchronization but the process never ends : the document is renamed to "abc" then "ABC" then "abc", etc without ending
=> infinite loop which consumes a lot a CPU
=> many Modification events are logged in the document audit
