Cleanup old application versions once updated

      Description

      Maybe calling AppUpdater.cleanup(version) (unused for now), though we need to know the version to cleanup.
      Or we could directly call Esky.cleanup() at startup for instance.

      Might need to use Esky.get_root() to escalate to root privileges if needed.
