Update release documentations to follow the current state of the project

Actually, several documentations are out-of-date and we need to update them to fit the current Drive state.

1. Release of Nuxeo Drive: the only part that still apply is the manual testing section.
2. The "Processus manuels" section of Release of Nuxeo Plaform need some changes as Drive does not need drive-tests folder creations.
