      Description

      During all Jenkins jobs we need to download dependencies to build a development environment. On Windows, sometimes Powershell is failing with Unable to connect to the remote server.

      Actions to do:

      • add a retry argument with default value to 3 to the download function
      • possibility to use a cache server?
