      Description

      The remote changesummary polling will misbehave if the sleep function do not sleep for the corresponding amount of time. This bad behavior is highlighted when Drive is run from Eclipse debugger where the sleep function will wait more than the 10 milliseconds configured in the pollworker, but longer and longer after each poll.
