Major - Install and configure Drive.
- Open settings dialog and navigate to advanced tab.
- select 'Manual' proxy, enter valid proxy address and click apply.
- Once manual proxy is successfully applied change the proxy type immediately to 'Use Automatic configuration script'.
- Enter a valid .pac script address based on localhost (Ex: http://127.0.0.1/Test/proxy.pac)
- click apply button
Expected Result: Drive should successfully apply .pac script as proxy settings.
Actual Result: Drive fails proxy validation for .pac script .
Configuring manual proxy should not set global proxy configuration during validation
