Renaming a file which is copy pasted to same location with suspend and resume does not sync to server

Environment:
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Drive Client: 2.1.1130
Server: 6.0HF29, 6.0HF33 OR 7.10HF18

Steps:

pre-requisites: 1 user

1. Server-User01: Create a folder "Folder01" and place a file in it (hello.txt)
2. Client-User01: Connect and wait for sync completion
3. Client-User01: After sync completion suspend the drive client
4. Client-User01: Copy and paste the file "hello.txt" to the same location. "hello-Copy.txt" will be created and rename the file "hello.txt" to "hello_renamed.txt"
5. Client-User01: Resume the drive client

Actual Result: "hello-Copy.txt" is sync with the server and "hello_renamed.txt" does not sync with the server
Expected Result: Both files should be sync with the server
