Keep the parent folder when unselecting the only child folder from the Select Sync window.

Steps Used:
1. Launch Drive Client and sign in with a valid user.
2. Create a Parent folder
3. Create a Child folder inside the Parent folder created in step 2.
4. Wait for sync to complete.
5. Open settings / Accounts / Select Sync Folders
6. Expand the Parent folder and uncheck the Child Folder.
7. Click OK to close the Select Sync Window.

Results:
Both the Child folder and Parent folder are unchecked.
Both the Child folder and Parent folder are removed from local file system.

Expected Results:
Only the Child folder is uncheck from select sync dialog. The Parent folder is highlighted blue.
Only the Child folder is removed from the local file system. The parent folder (and files within it) remain.
