Improve Drive watchdog on Linux to avoid polling

Once installed (and after having synchronized some roots), the Drive client becomes one of the highest CPU consumer process on the machine.

This seems to be caused by many polling, due to the watchdog.

We should find an alternative solution on Linux when the fsevents api is not available.
