Fix broken synchronization when upload after delete of the same file

1. Setup 6.0HF31 with Drive add-on 1.4.8
2. Setup Drive client 2.1.818
3. Create a workspace and set it up as synchronized

Not working scenario:

1. through the server web UI, create Folder E
2. create a Picture named pear_PNG3467.png
3. attach file named pear_PNG3467.png (store on the desktop)
4. save it
5. wait for the synchronization on the client finishes
6. through the server web UI, delete Folder E
7. copy the picture pear_PNG3467.png from desktop (same file as in first steps) to the workspace folder
8. Drive client is showing in the systray that it is pushing the file to the server and it shows up on the server side.
9. checking the trash, the other file is still present

Working scenario:

1. through the server web UI, create Folder F
2. create a Picture named orange_PNG780.png
3. attach file named orange_PNG780.png
4. save it
5. wait for the synchronization on the client finishes
6. copy the picture orange_PNG780.png from the F folder to the desktop
7. through the server web UI, delete Folder F
8. copy the picture orange_PNG780.png from desktop to the workspace folder
9. Drive client is showing in the systray that it is pushing the file to the server but it does not show up on the server side.
10. Checking the trash, the F folder is still present but orange_PNG780.png is not.
