Fix ignored update-check-delay parameter

      Description

      1. install drive client
      2. create a ini file like the following in .nuxeo-drive folder: 
        [DEFAULT]
env=PROD
[PROD]
locale=fr
delay=120
#consider-ssl-errors=true
update-check-delay=0
      3. start the drive client
      4. it shows an error window (see https://jira.nuxeo.com/secure/attachment/55790/CaptureDriveError.PNG)
