Add an action to delete ignored files

Users are now allowed to ignore some errors by selecting "Ignore" instead of "Retry".
Then they appear in the "Ignored files list".

Users must be able to delete:

• one file by one: add an action "Delete" next to the filename
• all ignored files: add an action "Delete all" next to the "Ignored files" label
