Blacklist remotely modified file whose local update has been delayed due to concurrent access

Typically when a .docx file is opened with Word and a new version of the file (with the same file name) gets uploaded on the server.
The logs will show repeatedly:
"Delaying update for remotely modified content %r due to concurrent file access." and for some reason other pending items dont get synchronized.
Should probaby blacklist the file.
