Reconciliation of duplicated file are incorrect leading to more duplication

If two documents with same name like joe.txt and Joe.txt are on the server, with the first sync it will come down as :
joe.txt
Joe__1.txt

If you uninstall and reinstall the product when scanning it will create a Joe__2.txt and so on for each reinstallation.
